The Corporate Partnering Institute is currently looking for experienced corporate lawyers

• At least 10 years of experience in a large law firm or an in-house corporate legal department (we don't discriminate against experience, the more the better!)
• You must have a wide range of experience with a wide variety of transactions including agreements in our List of Agreements
• We are particularly interested in lawyers with with bar memberships in multiple states
